Exceptional levels of professionalism and empathy when dealing with the loss of a beloved friend. Our beagle was dying and they took such great care and even had us enter through that back straight into an exam room. Even afterwards they sent a sympathy card signed by everyone working in the office amazing level the detail ,concern and love

The front desk is very unprofessional. If you ask a question about billing or a policy, you will get snapped at by the front desk. They are rude and uncaring. If you are a new client, I suggest you go elsewhere before you establish a rapport with this company. On the contrary, the doctors who work there are very good and caring.

I always feel good about taking my cat here (despite the typical negative context of a vet visit.) They truly care about your animal(s). I won't take my little guy anywhere else in Pittsburgh (unless it is an absolute emergency.)
