We had such a wonderful experience at Greenfield Veterinary Hospital and I truly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment we walked in, everyone—from the front desk staff to the technicians—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our cat, Sherpa, is very skittish and gets extremely nervous in unfamiliar environments, so we were honestly dreading the visit. But Dr. Wong was absolutely amazing. he was so patient, gentle, and kind, taking everything at Sherpa’s pace and never rushing or forcing anything. It made a huge difference in keeping Sherpa as calm and comfortable as possible. What we appreciated most was that Dr. Wong was very thoughtful in his approach and did not push any unnecessary treatments or services. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in the care Sherpa was receiving. On top of that, the clinic itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Pricing was also very reasonable, which is always a relief when it comes to veterinary care. We’re so grateful to have found a place that treats both pets and their owners with such compassion and respect. Sherpa—and her very relieved humans—will definitely be back!

If you are researching a vet for your fur baby, you can feel confident in stopping right here. We cannot imagine better than Greenfield Vets (and we have been going to vets for 45 years)! Right from the start, it is obvious that the vets and entire staff actually like both pets and people. (You would think all vet practices would like animals but, sadly, they don’t.) We will forever be grateful for Greenfield Vets and, specifically, Dr. Wong. Our young Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix had been suffering from chronic ear infections for more than a year. Our former vet admitted that he tried everything he knew how or was able to do. Dr. Wong took on this ear infection as a personal challenge, doing much research and going above and beyond to find an answer. All the while, treating our dog with gentleness and compassion. Dr Wong came up with a regimen that we stuck with religiously at home that gave greater and greater relief to our baby. He is now infection-free with a new playful and super loving personality. I can’t imagine too many people doctors who would take this much interest in a patient, yet Dr. Wong did this for our dog, calling and emailing to check on him between visits. They are, quite simply, the BEST!

Actually she has 100% been on continuous heartworm prevention for the past 16 years and I’m well aware of the guidelines, but thank you….Interesting that you only respond after a negative review.

If I could give Dr. Wong at Greenfield Veterinary Hospital six stars, I absolutely would. From the moment you walk in, you can tell Dr. Wong genuinely cares—not just about the animals, but about the people who love them. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush you, and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision. It’s obvious this is more than just a job to them. Rocky was spayed today, and the level of care she received was outstanding from start to finish. During her visit, they even found a tick and took all the proper precautions to make sure she was completely okay, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. On top of that, they went the extra mile by cleaning out her ears and face folds—something that didn’t go unnoticed and meant a lot. Even with Rocky being a bit of a handful, Dr. Wong handled her with patience and confidence that instantly put me at ease. If you’re looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond, treats your pet like their own, and delivers top-tier care every time—this is the place. Six out of five stars, no question.
