Terrible incompetent staff nobody in the office seem to have a clue or don’t care on how to handle their mistakes

Brought our cat in for a routine checkup. Their facilities are new and spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and they all treated our cat very well. We will absolutely be back and recommend our friends to bring their pets here as well. I should note we visited the Bridgeville location, but I'm sure the one on Greentree road is just as excellent.

Dr. MCCune and Aubrie, the technician, were each so professional and caring towards Ruger. They treated Ruger with the utmost concern and caring. Additionally, they were very attentive to my husband and me with any questions and/or concerns that we had for Ruger. On top of all that, the check-in, exam, and check-out were also professional and efficient. This is not a one-time experience at the clinic. Each time Ruger is there, he and we, feel as if we are the only patients in line.

The staff at GAC is very helpful and responsive to my needs especially since I have a dog with some behavioral issues. Visits can be very stressful but they accommodate my special needs pup which I truly appreciate!
