Every now and then I make a poor decision. I took my two new kittens to a veterinary chain. I thought it would be more “convenient”. One of my kittens is not doing so well and the only real help from the “chain” was to throw antibiotics at the issue, rather than working to understand the underlying issue. Having been a client of Harts Run for years with previous cats, I knew immediately the error of my ways and made an appointment at Harts Run. What a difference. The vet took a lot of time with me to talk through all of my kitten’s symptoms. We discussed what it could be, both the not so bad and the really bad, and produced a plan for treatment. Note: antibiotics were not part of the treatment plan. The entire staff at Harts Run is top notch. I learned my lesson. There is no other vet for me. I wholeheartedly and with fervor recommend Harts Run.
