I truly can’t say enough about these guys. I had to go yesterday and unfortunately have my dog of 15 years put down. They make this very difficult decision a little easier for me, with their kind words soft voice when talking to my Remi. I can truly not thank them enough for making this terrible day a little easier!! THANK YOU ALL

I can't say enough good about them. They were so caring and it was very genuine.They treated both my dogs.I had there for treatment as if they were their own. Their compassion was sincere throughout the entire process. I felt that my Dillinger and Shadrach were most definitely in good ,caring hands. They went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything that needed to be addressed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their beloved pets. I thank you all for everything you did for my boys.

This was 6 months ago but still annoyed me that we paid $500-600 to have my cat's urine tested to make sure he didn't have anything wrong with him. I had to call 3 days later to find out he was ok. The entire point of paying was to find out right away the cat was good. Although we thought he was fine monitoring his behavior we were supposed to receive a call and never did.

(1 star) – They refused to give me a glucose meter. My cat died at home. BE AWARE: THEY DON'T LET YOU IN TO SEE THE SIGNS ON THE WALL BUT WHEN YOU GET INTO THE ACTUAL ROOMS THE SIGNS ARE POSTED EVERYWHERE THAT THEY DON'T TOLERATE ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE TOWARDS THEM AND THAT APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU. I'VE NEVER SEEN A VET HAVE THESE NOTICES POSTED ANYWHERE. THERE'S A REASON FOR THIS. The vet diagnosed my cat with diabetes and severe dehydration. They recommended hospitalization with IV fluids, but I could not afford it. So they sent me home with insulin and a $63 sharps container – but no glucose meter. I asked for a meter. I told them I had managed a diabetic cat before and knew I needed to monitor his blood sugar. They said I didn’t need one. They were wrong. When I called later for help, a staff member laughed and said, “Honestly, we didn’t think he would live that long.” That is why they didn’t give me a meter – they assumed he would be dead. She also mocked me for buying a meter online and scoffed when I mentioned AAHA guidelines. I had to buy my own meter on Amazon. His blood sugar never came down below 600. I syringe-fed him, gave water, and gave insulin every 12 hours – but without the right tools from the start, and without the hospitalization I couldn’t afford, he crashed. He died in my arms, gasping for air. I am not saying they killed him. I am saying they refused to give me a basic tool I asked for, laughed at me when I tried to get it myself, and left me to manage a dying cat alone over a closed weekend. If you cannot afford hospitalization, ask them for a glucose meter. If they say no, go somewhere else. **Just one more thing: As grave danger as the response claims he was in, they offered two options: hospital care reaching the thousands of dollars partnered with their "emergency number office" listed on the write up or outpatient. No Euthanasia?! It was ALL ABOUT MONEY TO THEM
