Consistently patient and kind. I needed an emergency rabies shot for my cats and called every vet within bussing distance at 9am. None could help. Even the ERs couldn’t. I went to big easy as a walk in and they saw me within 15 minutes and I was out in an hour with two angry but rabies-proofed cats.

I've taken 3 pets to Big Easy in the last 15 years and the only thing I can say is I wish they had more than one doctor to ease up on the time spent. With that being said, my 10 yr old dog chewed threw her crate and knocked out her canines and Dr. Ruiz was able to fix her mouth in one visit and then 7 years later also lay her to rest after diagnosing her with an agressive cancer. Recently...took my daughter's 3 yr old lethargic kitty to be told he was near death and that I may need to take him to an animal hospital for surgery but that she would give it her all to get him better, in which she did in a matter of hours!! No other vet has ever cared or been as compassionate as this place and the wait time does not matter because I know I'm getting quality care and up front pricing. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!

At the Big Easy they really care about your pet. They take all the time you and your pet needs. Then they give all the medicine that your pet needs all the while giving you the owner and pet (your family member) all the comfort that you need.

Big easy is such a great place. Granted their service prices are a little expensive for my family (but what isn’t now adays, and also I want everyone who works there to be paid a fair wage) but the service has always been great. We’ve also utilized day care and boarding services and they are not much more expensive than other places in the area, but also come with the added reassurance that there are doctors on staff if anything happens. Our pup has always come home exhausted from daycare and can’t take a trip in the car without thinking he’s going. Our pet insurance (through ASPCA if you want good insurance) covers wellness visits which is such a plus in getting services through big easy.
