I was a client at Met Vet West In Robinson Township PA for over 35 years in November 2025 an incident occurred when I mistakenly referred to an employee as a man not realizing that they now identify as a woman although I was in my truck and the employee did not hear me another staff member Jordan immediately snapped at me and emphasized that the employee is now a woman, another employee Erin Very rude and ignorant implied that I did not respect the individual in question which led me to simply leave the premises In January 2026, my 12 year-old Maltese, Joey, who takes Plavix, a blood thinner was injured during a grooming session with the groomer Janet, the groomer, Janet cut a growth on Joey’s paw and he was returned to me with blood on both his paw and his mouth as he had tried to clean the wound himself. This is unacceptable. This was not the first time Joey was hurt being groomed by Janet a year ago. His eye was scratched during a grooming session initially, Janet denied causing injury, but she later admitted it. These two incidents required antibiotics each time Janet should Have paid for the antibiotics I reached out to Dr. Annie Otaibi. She has been the veterinarian for the last 10 years to my pets. She said she needed to support her staff. Unbelievable Dr. Annie has not responded to my concerns after talking to her for 10 years. She should be a shame to call herself a veterinarian the situation began with Jordan, an employee that answers the phone, and Erin an Incompetent technician, Ashley, the office manager, who never returns my phone calls and the groomer Janet, which should not be grooming pets.

When my husband and I left after taking our Chihuahua to her appointment to get help with her dementia, we both agreed that it was the worst vet experience we've ever had. We received no answers, no explanations for anything, it was just "I don't know, I'll have to check on that". We asked for her to be put on Anipryl, and we received the medicine in the mail today, 2mg dosage for a 7.8 pound dog, way too much as a starter dose, and enclosed in capsules that cannot be broken apart. Messages to the vet have gone unanswered, so we are left with no choice but to never go back and just try to deal with this on our own. It was a total waste of time and money. Now I'm left with the same opinion of vets that I have for all doctors after living through the covid scam. Thanks for nothing
