I called in a panic because my rat was drooling and I thought she was going to die but whoever picked up the phone stayed calm and clearly explained what to do, when to do it, and who to contact. My rat ended up okay, I’m so thankful that my call was answered quickly and I wasn’t made to feel like a bad owner. Thank you so much!

They did not care. I really needed Dr. Wagner to see me right away because I have a bird and birds die in 24 hours if something is wrong and they are not seen. This is January 30 and I was told they do not take emergencies. They can not schedule me to come in until March.

My go to vet for my exotic pets, rabbits and reptiles. Dr. Wagner and Tracy are the best team I've ever met. Super knowledgeable and very straightforward. They care about the patient as well as the client and won't charge you for something you don't need. I've been taking my pets to Dr. Wagner for years. My last two rabbits lived to the age of 13.
